Forced Loyalty | The mood of your farming villages will not decrease for X hours. | Island Quests | Forced loyalty does not prevent your faming villages from revolting, it only stops the mood from decreasing. So if you cast it when your farming village is below the level at which it might revolt (80% usually, but 64% with diplomacy), you will fix the mood at that level until the effects wear off.
It is highly recommended that you do not cast this spell when your farming villages have a mood under the level at which they may revolt.
