Information
Recruitments in the city are accelerated by 30% for X hours. Recruitments queued before the expiry will not revert to the normal recruitment times. Please take note that this effect only works on recruitments that commence after the effect is active.
Calculation
Original Recruitment Time * 0.7 = New Recruitment Time
Example
A recruitment time for a unit is 10 minutes or 600 seconds. This would be calculated as 600*0.70= 420 seconds or 10 minutes.
