Purpose

In the Senate you can erect new buildings, expand current buildings and demolish old ones. The higher the Senate level, the more quickly the construction work is done.

None, as this building is available from the beginning of the game.

This table has the standard resource, farm, and time requirements to expand the Senate. This does not include changes for when you have researched architecture and the construction crane.

Construction time is affected by Worlds Speed. This table correct for speed=1.
