Now, you do s2/3600 and you cut off the decimal place, that is your h1, now you subtract h2*3600 from s2 and now you divide by 60 to get m1, subtract m2*60 from s2 and that number is s3. so, h1:m1:s3 is the final time. - It's my understanding that leveling up the Market speeds up the ratio recovery time. Not entirely sure though. Caligula 20:18, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
