2.) 1500 Stone

3.) 900 Silver

4.) 4 research points

5.) Academy level of 7 or more

If your warehouse capacity is 6000, with ceramics it will be 8500. It`s a tech that is useful because you can save the resources needed to upgrade your warehouse more levels, which gets expensive.
