City Guard

City guard is a technology which allows you to boost your city's militia by 5. So you will gain 15 militia per farm level instead of the normal 10. This can sometimes be just the boost needed to fend off an enemy's raiding party.

This is almost essential for the player who is being constantly farmed and has no time to build up a defensive army since killing militia does not gain the attacker any battle points. If you also hide resources, then they will soon give up on your city.
