The effect Cerberi Reinforcement gives X cerberi per hour for Y hours. Please note that you must have enough population available in order to receive all the units.
Calculation
Unlike most other effects, unit reinforcements have a multiplier for the amount of units that is based on the amount of points you have accumulated.

The calculation for the amount of units is Game Progression Level * 4 * Level of the Effect.
Example
Your game progression level is 1. The effect level is 5.
1*4*5 = 20 cerberi
