Administration Questions
How Can I Delete My Account?
By clicking on the 'Settings' link on the left hand menu, then click 'Delete Account' on the top menu. You then need to enter your password and click 'Delete Account'. This process takes 7 days. It only deletes the account of the world that you are logged into when you do this. To delete accounts on multiple worlds, you must do this process for each world.
Can I Play on the Same Internet Connection as Another Player?
Yes, this is allowed. If you are sharing an Internet connection with several people for more than three days, you have to declare it by clicking on 'Settings' and then 'Share Internet Connection'. Shipping resources or sending support between these players will no longer be possible in that case. An entry in the shared connections list can only be removed after three days.
If several accounts are known to be played regularly with one connection without this being declared, this can result in a ban. Each player may only have one account. Please adhere to the rules!
Each player at an Internet connection has to enter all of the accounts known to him.
For example: If three players share an Internet connection, each player has to enter the other two players
Gameplay Questions
How do I recall troops?
- Go to your Agora(obelisk structure) click on the "Outside" tab, then select the units to return.
How do I actually join an alliance?
I attacked someone and they had a question mark for their troops. What the heck does that mean?
- The question mark appears when an insufficient number of troops survive to report back the enemy's troop strength. It will also appear in the land troops area for ship only attacks, signifying you didn't have ground troops available to engage the enemy and determine their troop size.
