Phalanx is a research available in the Academy.

"Your troops form a powerful phalanx and thus fight 10% more strongly."

Basically, this research allows your land units to be more powerful.

• This works the same in defense and offense.
• Phalanx does not affect the fighting capability of naval units.

Requirements

1.) 4000 Wood

2.) 4000 Stone

3.) 15000 Silver

4.) 9 Research Points

5.) Academy level 25 or greater.

Example

An offensive army of 1000 slingers has 23000 attacking power (Distance).

With Phalanx, the slingers receive a 10% bonus to their fighting capabilities.

23000*0.10=2300

23000+2300=25300
