• This works the same in defense and offense.
• Phalanx does not affect the fighting capability of naval units.

Example

An offensive army of 1000 slingers has 23000 attacking power (Distance).

With Phalanx, the slingers receive a 10% bonus to their fighting capabilities.

23000*0.10=2300

23000+2300=25300
