i have built a colony ship and transport and all the right levels for harbour etc. | |||
my ship will not sail. says not enough units in city...i cannot find this anywhere. please help | |||

If it is possible for anyone to explain to me why so many people insist upon entering build times without converting to a Senate level 1 and Worlds speed 1, then please explain

You lost me, I'm sorry ... I thought I had understood it, but then an h3 jumped in & I'm like ???? I've been guilty of posting construction times that are certainly erroneous, due to the senate level bonus, & I wanted to correct them, but woah ...
