Meteorology gives your infantry the ability to navigate better using the stars and sun. This makes them 10% faster.
For example, if a journey to a farming village takes 0:10:00, the units will now travel 10% faster.
So, 600 seconds x0.10 is 60 seconds, 1 minute.
0:10:00 - 0:01:00 = 0:09:00
The new journey will only take 9 minutes for the same troops.
