Library
Purpose
Knowledge is power. By building a Library, you will receive 12 additional research points that you can invest in the discovery of new technologies at the Academy. However, if you want to demolish it, you have to have 12 research points available, otherwise you won't be able to do so.
Requirements
- Senate Level 24
- Harbour Level 5
- Academy Level 20
- Do not have: Theater, Thermal Baths, Lighthouse
