Description
Biremes are strong ships that can be used especially well in defense.
Biremes are all about defense, which is exactly the reason why you get the ability to research them in the academy earlier then all the other ships. These are a must have when defending a city. In later stages of gameplay, you will be in need of a larger supply of Biremes. You can do this by making a city with only Biremes. Any good Bireme city should have approximately 200 Biremes. If you use plow and thermal baths along with a maxed out farm, you should have plenty of extra people to build up the city so it is self-sustainable and capable of re-making any lost Biremes without the aid of your other cities.
